My MIL has been very sick the past 6 months and may end up dying. We called my MIL 5 min after we returned and she was FURIOUS that we had not called to check on her while we were gone. AND she informed us that none of her family could believe it either and she happily told my husband that his favorite aunt called him an *sshole for not calling. She's 60, takes care of herself, lives with my FIL, and is doing pretty well at the moment which is why we felt comfortable going away. I am SO angry that she and the rest of the family have turned my husband into a whipping post and he won't speak up for himself cause he doesn't want hard feelings. What should I do?

2007 Ford F150 Traction control?

I recently purchased an 07 F150 XL standard cab short bed with the 4.6L V-8 and 2 wheel drive automatic 3.55 standard rear end. I have a couple of questions. First, is there a factory installed traction control keeping this truck from slipping the rear tires on a full throttle take off? If I take off slowly, it feels like it would easily spin, but floored it didn't it's not a big deal, in fact I kind of like it, (it keeps me from doing something stupid) but I am curious. My shrimp came with an orange spotted goby, and i've tried to feed the goby pieces of some of my clown fish's food and he won't eat. During infantcy I had an few accident that tossed my posture off a bit, after I grew I fixed the problem and have excellent posture but I'm 5'10" and when I reach or exceed 134 lbs. I have tinnitus (ringing ear noises) and my jaw and joints crack and pop and I get TMJ problems. As a result I always try to keep myself between 126 to 130 lbs, I exercise daily (often over exercise) and am extremely fit, but I consume less than 600 calories per day and fast when I exceed 130 lbs. Even when weight is on me due to pure muscle m I run into the same problems and feel horrible, so to keep weight I care less how the weight comes off as long as its off. I take supplemental vitamins and herbs daily and eat nutritously so my nutrition levels are quite high. I often think I am fat when exceeding 130 lbs. but that has become learned behavior to help me maintain weight. My bone ends at joints are slightly misformed so there isn't a good solution. Do you think I am anorexic or have an ED?

I have black mold in my home. I live in Army housing.?

I live in Army housing right now. In my basement there is black mold growing under all the boxes. Also there seems to be some type of mold or mildew in my tub (it's black). Bed spiders? Bed bugs? what is it?

Now long story short my significant other is living with me and my mother and since our house isn't quite huge i made him a room next to mine in the basement and it doesn't have walls, just sheets attached to hangers that are hung on the piping on the ceilling. Recently, he's been getting bites on his legs. They range from small to medium size(as far as bug bites go) depending on how much he scratched them and they also look a little swollen. He works a job where he has to cut gr all the time so he originally thought they were "chiggers" but he realized that new ones would appear during the night while he was sleeping. He then went to his other job that he works with his half brother who said he had the same thing all the time and that they're "bed spiders"? that they "live under someones bed and come out at night to burrow into your skin for warmth while you sleep" I didn't really believe this so I decided to do some more research and everything I've found says spiders don't behave this way especially not in my area (midwest). I then washed his sheets tosee if this fixed the problem and he still had new bites the next morning I tried to research bed bugs and those aren't likely because they're visible to the naked eye, and while I was changing his sheets i found no such bugs. Does anyone know what this is? Is it possibly not even a pest at all? Genetic? or does he need a new bed? He and his brother have the same beds they did when they lived together at their moms house, could old matresses be the culprit? Anyone?

Oh gosh! Welcome to my world at the moment. My daughter is 4 now, but awhile ago I started telling her about not talking to strangers, since she is so the type of kid who would yell out "hi" to whoever walked by in the store. You are right, it is hard. My daughter picked up quickly on the stranger concept (I just told her a stranger is someone she doesn't know, she understood), but it's hard when like you said other adults say hi to your child first. I keep running into that lately everywhere we go. I'm thinking either I should just tell her to still not talk to them and just give them a smile (friendly, but not too open, ya know?), or that she can answer them only if she is with mommy. As for scaring them, sometimes you have to a little. I make sure when my daughter isn't listening to me and staying right next to me in the store, that a stranger could come and take her away from me. It's realistic, and gets her thinking about it without actually making her terrified of other people. Just to let her know what she should do to stay safe.

What should I make for less than $500?

I have been really bored lately and I want to build/make something. The problem is I don't know what I should make. I don't want it to be useless (ie. wrist mounted flamethrower) or involve chemicals that might be dangerous and/or difficult to obtain (ie. Potium Perchlorate for those cool ninja smoke things) I also don't want it to cost a whole lot of money (ie. powered exoskeleton). All of the things in brackets I actually began to make (even made it to the schematics) but then realized that they were: useless, hazardous etc. I was thinking something along the lines of a robot, but I can't think of a function for it. If the robot gets too big though I might as well work on powered exoskeletons (my design was fairly simple and may cost less than 500$, but emphisis on 'may') I am gifted in the areas of engineering and would prefer to do something along the lines of that. I need a pep talk and possible reasoning please?

So this week I fell off my horse for the first time. A few days ago I went riding with a friend that also has a horse stabled at the same barn. She is very experienced and has been riding for over 20 years. I am a beginner, I've only been consistently riding for the past year. I bought a 7 yr old Paint mare. Anyway - when we went riding as soon as I got on my horse something felt off. I was feeling nervous and uneasy for some reason because she just wasn't acting right, was throwing her head around and pretty much not doing anything I wanted her to do. I got off and checked the saddle (western) to see if something wasn't right but couldn't find anything. I got back on and she still seemed really irritated. Then all of a sudden she reared twice. I held on the first time she went up but I jumped/fell when she started going a second time. I know she was not ridden on a regular basis when I bought her but I've been riding her 1-2 times a week for the last 2-3 months and have not really had any problems. I know only of 1 other time someone fell off her and that was b/c she bucked. This was my first fall. I kind of hurt my hand on the fall so I had the other rider get on her for a minute and she rode her and said she wasn't acting weird for her. Needless to say, I'm a little apprehensive about getting back on her. But that's the weird part. It's only her. I don't feel nervous about riding any of the other horses at the barn. What are some possible reasons she might have reared? And I know I have to get back on her to get over the fear of falling again, but how do I get ped the hardest part of just getting back on? I was thinking of saddling her up and having someone walk us around the pasture with a lead rope for a little while next time.

I am trying to install a sirius radio in a 2001 Mercury Sable that has a cd player and radio. Any tips?

The problem that I am having is that the wireless connection method is no good if you travel long distances (700 Miles). The fm channel that you need to select keeps changing. The radio I have does not have input jacks for satelite radio. It does not have a cette player so I can not use a cette adapter. Is there any type of CD apapter for satelite radio? She is great, we have a wonderful relationship. The word I that describes my mom is simply love, true, unconditional love. Like most moms like that, she is however overprotective and sometimes I wish I could make my own decisions. Sometimes I do'nt gree w/ her, and even other parents say sometimes she goes oveboard w/ her protection. You might try stirring in a raw egg with your dog's food. It softens her food up and also is good for their coat. Either that or try puppy dry food. I know that is really soft for puppies when they are teething. Good luck with your dog... I also don't think canned food is all that bad... especially when you mix it in with their dry food. My baby has colic what do I do?

We found out at the hospital. We switched her to similac sensitive which if you compare it to nutramigen for colic babies it is practically the same thing. She is two weeks old and we have been giving her gripe water but sometimes this doesnt even help. Me and my boyfriend last had in early April 2009. I think it was around my fertile days, I am not quite sure. I had a period on Sunday, April 26 around 12 or 1 o'clock but it was unusually different. It was lighter than normal. The second day was more darker but I was still kinda worried about it. After a while I just shrugged it off. The following week my mom called me early in the morning telling me she dreamed of fish (for those who may not know, it's kinda like a old wives tale or something). (My uncle dreamed of fish and then found out that his daughter was having another baby.) I shrugged that off too until today when I woke up feeling a little queasy. Herniated disc and Sciatic pain?

i am very active and still in my teen years. I hearniated my disc (L4 L5) and have sciatic pain in my left leg and numbness in my foot and knee. The worst part of all is that i am unable to stand up straight and when i am standing i cant lift my head. the tear is 7mm by 17mm. About 3 months ago after a hockey game i noticed what felt like a pulled muscle, so i just ignored it but over the next month, it got worse and worse. Unfortunately... Your friends right. It doesn't matter. A degree is a degree these days. Only older people will tell you different. My fiance and I recently graduated. He went to a great school I went to an economy school that was cheap for me. We both have the same degree and have the same job and our pay is almost exactly the same. The only thing that matters is your GPA and your degree level...so get a 4.0 and get your masters, doctorate or phd. Unfortunately a bechelors degree these days is almost as common w people our age as a high school education. Just go for your 6 or 8 year degree and get great grades.

Hi, do you have a 'D' drive as I have Vista and my system recovery is recovered from this separate partition. You need to read your manual and check. If it does have a partition for recovery then it is just a matter of pressing F11 when you first turn it on and it tells you what to do. I have done this and everything went fine, it takes a bit of time though. By the way if you have not got this partition you will have to go to your computer's manufacturer and purchase some new disks.

Like is a very broad word. Personally, I do not 'like' it, but in terms of what I can imagine the English ignment is, it suffices. It correctly follows iambic pentameter and the sonnet format. As for poetry though, you use a lot of cliches, such as 'heart in hand' and 'castle in the sky.' Rhetorical questions are also discouraged. Keep it up though! Just speak about how you feel, don't try to sound deep.

I had an MRI and CT scan done of my groin area downward to my legs for a hernia. i'm wondering if the docters who saw the scans would have detected if i had testicular torsion (or a dead testicle). I secretly watch horror films rated 12+ or 15+ or even 18+ from the age of about 8 years old, but they never shocked me, I found them exciting. I'm now 19 and I'll often choose to watch a scary film when I'm alone in the house for the weekend and it's late at night. A female cat can go into season (heat) at the young age of 6 months. The males can sense that she is in season. Your best bet is to keep her confined and live through the next couple of weeks. You can always take her to vet now to have her spayed but it is not wise and can be more expensive to spay while they are going through their heat. But for sure, get her spayed as soon as possible. Nothing you can do will keep the males from wailing right now. Just keep her indoors. Go outside and take your water hose and spray the ens out of those males.. won't stop them but might keep them away for a bit.

My parents are giving us 5,000 to have the wedding. We're going to have it at the chapel on the campus where we both graduated college from, but as far as the reception goes, i'm completely clueless.
