Should I dump my girlfriend?

So basically, we've been dating about 3 weeks and she just moved into my apartment, things were going great the for the first week. We've just began a physical relationship but haven't had yet, I've gone down on her a few times but something just doesn't seem right. Her looks almost prolapsed? It's super wrinkly and there's no question about it I could fit my fist in it. Is this normal? Should I dump her? Appreciate the input, -Geoff
