What episode of "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" includes a segment with chicken wings and celery salad?

This episode had baked chicken wings with a srirachi sauce, the wings were put in the sauce and then grilled a little at the end. There was a celery salad with bleu cheese and I think dill? I am dying to reproduce the recipe. Can anyone help?
