Of course hanging the nooses in the tree was racist, but what do you want the DA to do, it's not a crime. Despicable, disgusting, reprehensible, inexcusable yes, it's all of those and more. Hopefully the DA's office will do their homework and find something to charge them with. None of that however, justifies retalliating with violence and then using race as a get out of jail free card.
