Best way to cook "squash medley"?

I'm making steak tonight, and I really want squash as well, but I'm not sure how I should cook it. I need something fairly simple that can be done in either the microwave, my stove/oven, or on my george foreman. All together I have 10 oz. of sliced "squash medley" which consists of yellow squash and zucchini.
