Looking for the name of a country song sung in the mid 90's?

A male vocalist.. not one of the more popular ones as i recall but none the less a name a country fan would recognize. The was a story about how this guys girlfriend tells him shes pregnant while theyre on the top of a ferris wheel. He umes its his, but turns out its not. All i remember of the song is maybe something about driving fast in the pouring rain... The guys goes on to say that he wouldnt have cared about the baby not being his but the girlfriend never stuck around to hear that.. wanted to know if anyone recognizes this song? I know without either an artist or title its hard, but i remember really liking the song so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!
