I have black mold in my home. I live in Army housing.?

I live in Army housing right now. In my basement there is black mold growing under all the boxes. Also there seems to be some type of mold or mildew in my tub (it's black). Also there was a leak in the ceiling from the toilet that is starting to show little black mold dots. I went down to the housing office and told them how I have been getting hives and my husband has been sick and that this is a big problem. Do I have the right to demand another home? Also the reason it hasn't been taking care of sooner is because whenever I call them to look at it or fix it they blow us off (figures).
