Does CSU-LA have a good Communications program, and is it a well respected school in L.A?

I am thinking about going to CSU-LA for TV, Radio, and Film. I wanted to know whether they have a good program in that area and whether it is a well respected school (as in, are their degrees repsected by employers)?
