What does this dream mean? It was horrible.?

Serious answers only. Im in a hospital. Someone i know is there and is pregnant. Im taking care of 2 small children. Then im in a club, people are dancing and the boyfriend im reconciling with is sitting up on a ledge singing. My family is there, i cant tell if they like him or not. All of a sudden it turns into a play and he and the others plunge into water, i see people from when i was a child. My stepmother (in the dream)tells me that my boyfriend also said he had a connection with her and she tries to give me a gift he gave her. Im back at the hospital and i learn that people are starting to go to hell. The little girl shows me a map. I want to go check it out. I go and each time i discover something ive done wrong, i go up a level. With white chalk i write: be nice to people and do service to others. Im struggling to go back to 'life'. In the end im in a hospital elevator and i hear the voice 'the only option is to go down'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im scared.
