Trying to find the song " You belong to me" or "I belong to you" The beat is bad ***, good song to dance to?

I think the song is by Toni Braxton, but I am not sure.I know she sang a slow version of it. But theres another one that is much more of a fast paced. I heard that song back in 97' and have been trying like hell to find it.
