Is cm punk overated?

They are without a doubt making a mistake in pushing CM Punk so soon, but he is similar to Cena. A lot of the kids (you'll see with the responses) love CM Punk because of his 'punk-edgy' feel so the WWE is eating that up. It should have been Jericho or Kennedy like you said, but WWE cares for merchandising first and foremost.
