What have foreign nations done to improve their reputation with the United States?

Many islamic nations have co-operated with the US military in its many asian campaigns. Including Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia. While Egypt has taken special steps to protect western tourists. Many of the FSR have co-operated with the US construction of oil transport pipelinse withing the middle east rather than opting to align with Russia or China.
