Is this why some men refuse to settle down?

Men can father a child even into their 60's and 70's (if their partner is within child bearing years of course!) but after 36 or 37, a woman should not have a child because of the higher risk of complications. Is this why some men want to play around for so long before settling down, because they know they can? A woman in her 30's will start to panic about getting married and having children, because she knows her time is running out if she wants this to happen. A man will not be worried about it. And sometimes a lady goes past the age limit for children because her partner was not ready, and then it is too late. And when the man decides that he is ready, he leaves her for a younger woman who can give him children when the time is right for him, leaving his former partner with nothing. I have seen this happen a few times. If this happened to me, I would be so resentful towards the man, wouldn't you ladies?
