I really need help! matter of life and death here{literally}!!!?

This is serious dude. You need to tell a counciler or a police officer or something. I know you swore on your life, but this is important. And a mad friend or 2 is better then a dead friend or 2. Trust me. I was in the same situation just a few months ago. I did what I had to do and now my friendis safe. Keeping a promise doesn't matter in this case. If you're smart and care about your friend, help her by telling someone who can get her help! And fast!!
