My baby has colic what do I do?

We found out at the hospital. We switched her to similac sensitive which if you compare it to nutramigen for colic babies it is practically the same thing. She is two weeks old and we have been giving her gripe water but sometimes this doesnt even help. Tried hot water bottle on the tummy, mages, 2oz of formula every feeding which is every 3-4 hours and she still screams and has her fits throughout the day. Anything else we can do? Were exhausted. Please help.
