I haVe girlfriend problems?

Ok hi everyone I'm have a little bit of trouble and I'm going through a bit of confusion right now.. I've been dating this girl for 10months and I don't really get to see her often I've seen her maybe 3timea all under an hour.. At first it was weird like wth who doesn't see their girlfriend.. So I asked and she got an attitude like it was my fault.. So I said fxck it whatever happens happens I actually thought she was cheating but she wasn't, anyway.. I recently asked Again and she finally told me because of her past ual encounters.. Well before me she dated a guy and he got her pregnant.. Now my girl is 18.. The preg made her drop out of school and start working full time.. 10pm to 7am to be exact.. She ended up getting an abortion that she was going to secretly get but that didn't work because her ex wanted to keep it so she had to tell her grandma who paid for it, now Shea on lockdown.. I doubt her fam even knows about me didn't see her on valentines day Christmas tha ms giving or even new years.. We plan stuff but it never goes through so I've stopped even trying to do things I've even been faithful the entire time.. I get mad because she's talked about her exs and they've had fun and have pics together but I haven't even been able to see her or take her out on a date.. After 10months I love her in spite of what we don't do she's a great person I want our relationship to grow not just On the phone.. Idk what to do please help?
