you can only charge her with attempt of murder ONLY if your a police officer. and it will stick and be prosecuted to the full existent of the law in your favor regardless of proof. But if your a citizen then no you cant because the mob officers and there co workers don't care unless it happens to them. same goes for if someone barley bumps a mob cruiser (police in case you didn't know) then they can and will be charge with ault on a officer and attempt of murder. as they do it all the time and get away with it. because there system protects there own. proof or not.
